Payment Terms If you wish to purchase a piece of artwork that you have seen on the site you can secure your purchase by sending a cheque for the full amount made payable to Zoë Newman at 49 Upper Mount Street, Elvetham Heath, Fleet, Hampshire. GU51 1BW Postage Postage will vary between £10-£35 and is dependant on the size of the piece and the delivery address, you will receive an email from me advising of the postage cost after you have enquired about a piece prior to payment. Returns If you are not 100% happy with your painting, please notify me within one week of receipt and I will exchange or refund your money, minus delivery charges, on receipt of the returned painting in perfect condition. It would be advisable that you return the painting using an insured service. When your item is delivered please check that the packaging is intact. If you find any damage please make sure that it is noted on the delivery slip. If you do find that your painting is damaged, please let me know within 24 hours of receipt, thank you. |
